Patrick works as a visual artist producing paintings, chiefly acrylic on paper or canvas, many of which are used in exhibitions promoting disability awareness. He is well known in art circles and has work in several private collections worldwide. 

 

Patrick has won numerous art, sport and community awards, some of the recent ones are enumerated below:

 

2014:

-Winner of the Victorian Young Achiever - Coffee Club Arts Award

-Finalist in Maribyrnong Council Civic Awards for Emerging Leaders

-Nominee for Victorian Disability Sector Awards for service to the community

-Finalist in the Aspect Volunteer Award

-Winner of National Inspiration Award for Individual Achievement - Aspect National        Recognition Awards

-Silver & Bronze medals at Special Olympics Athletics State Games

-MIRA Highly Commended Award for disability service

-Winner of DSR Male Sportsperson of the Year Award 2013
